This house was designed through the interplay of stacked masses, creating a dynamic and rhythmic façade composition. The combination of terracotta, exposed cement, and grey and white tones establishes an architectural character that is simple yet visually strong. Within a limited site area, the spatial program is arranged in a compact and efficient manner to maximize both functionality and spatial quality, resulting in a modern, warm, and contextual residence.
